Dr. Manickam Rajkumar is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biotechnology at Karpagam Academy of Higher Education, Coimbatore. He earned his Ph.D. in Zoology from Periyar University and completed postdoctoral research in Chemistry at SSN College of Engineering (Anna University). His academic and research experience spans nanotechnology, molecular biology, and biomedical sciences, with strong expertise in green synthesis of nanocomposite biomaterials, in vitro and in vivo disease models, and in silico molecular docking studies. His research focuses on developing biopolymer-based nanomaterials for neurodegenerative diseases, cancer therapy, and other biomedical applications.
