Prof. Bazarov began his academic journey at the Karaganda Metallurgical Plant’s Technical Institution (1981), qualifying as a civil engineer. He earned his Ph.D. in Technical Sciences from Perm State Technical University in 1996 and became an Associate Professor in 1998. In 2010, he defended his doctoral dissertation at L.N. Gumilyov ENU, earning the title Doctor of Technical Sciences and later Professor in 2011. In 2017, he was honored as an Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
