Dr. Ufuomanefe Jones is a health and wellbeing researcher whose scholarship examines cardiovascular care, patient–family experiences, and equity in healthcare education and practice. Her work integrates qualitative inquiry with applied clinical perspectives to understand how communication, consultation styles, and cultural context shape outcomes for people living with heart failure and for families of frontline healthcare workers. She has contributed to interdisciplinary research on ethnic diversity, leadership barriers, and inclusion within paramedic and nursing education, advancing asset-based and equity-focused approaches.
